In my "What If I was in Dragon Ball?" story, my intervention changed a lot of things, both for the best and the worst. When I first used the Super Dragon Balls, I asked for the six universes previously erased by Zeno to be restored.

Mugaina is a member of the Katsuryoku species from planet Katsuryoku of Universe 17. She is not very strong compared to her teammates in terms of physical strenght, but her energy control and use of magic are comparable to those of Moro. The healing witch of Universe 17.

She is heavily based on an Anodite from Ben 10, more specifically, Gwen Tennyson, and her body shape is inspired by Towa. The name Mugaina is literally the Japanese for "harmless", which is a callback to Anodite coming from "anodyne", which means harmless. The name of the species and planet mean "vitality".
