Description THIS IS GOING TO BE LONG!!!!!
read the story here: [link]
first off, this stationary drawing is inaccurate because it's not animated or in 3D.
If it were, things would be kinda like this:
Dimensions: they are spheres, kind of like bubbles. The positive dimensions would be going counter clockwise, and the negative dimensions would be going clockwise, and they'd pass through one another periodically, with the central white spot working like hinge in keep them bound to the 4th Dimensional space.

Gates: they are rings, spinning on an axes aligned with the white dot. Depending on where the ring has gotten caught, a portal between the two dimensions is opened.

The Black Infinity (called such because it looks like an infinity sign): would be spinning uncontrollably and without specified direction. Pretty much, however the devil is felt like.

4th Dimension: is neutral and stays relatively stationary.

now we'll just look at the picture. Done? Good. Let's get started.
This is going to be typed in short hand, so the Dimensions will be typed as D#, and the Gates will be types as G#
With that out of the way...

All dimensions touch D4, and although it's shown in the drawing as the the dimensions having an 'egg effect' they are not actually separated out like that. If you can remember WAY back when Dune described it to Steph, they are actually inhabiting the same space, just sort of out of phase with one another. The Gates allow travel between the phases.

None of those gates are the Gate Dune is Guarding (we'll get to that).

Another inaccuracy in this 2D format, is G7. G7 actually connects D1 and D7 together. If it was in 3D, it would look like a rainbow connecting two clouds. But the rainbow wouldn't be rainbow, and the two clouds would be the dimensions. G7 is an exception to the 3D animated depiction, and in that way, the gate from D1 to D7 doesn't change locations.

Now, you're probably wondering about the Black Infinity, and I would love to tell you, but I can't just yet, as it deals with Dune's Gate.

Now if NONE of what I wrote here isn't clear, please comment, so I can make them more clear. Thank you!
