Easy: Sally is so cute, the laws of physics mean nothing to her. It's why she's able to go as fast as The Flash sometimes in episodes!

Sally's cuteness may have something to do with it, able to bend reality without destroying it so she can zip to one area and then another. Doowee can do it too, it seems. Maybe they are secret inheritors of the Chaos Emeralds' power? Will we see Super Sally and Super Doowee using Chaos Control in Season 3?
