Inogene... is this a new character? Or is it a new name for Alto/ Ruka?
First of all, I have to comment that the art is fantastic. The brushstrokes are one of my favorite elements from your work, especially the hair. And the warm and cool colours are a very nice touch to the depth and lighting.
My impression of the character is that she is very thoughtful and inquisitive. She carefully observes whatever is before her. She seems more thoughtful and restrained as opposed to impulsive or aggressive. She doesn't seem like a malign character, but also doesn't seem so benign as to help anyone she sees. She seems somewhat intimidating, but in a way that stems from the fact that you can't quite tell what she is thinking. She seems more reserved. I also think she looks like a good problem solver.

Yes she's = Alto / Ruka. So embarrassing that I keep changing their names and appearance, haha... XD
