His name is Havart the healing Marvel.
The miraculous healing arts of Havart could instantly cure any illness or mend any injury. He was known as possessing the "Divine Palms" for how they exuded a comforting glow. "But you must be willing to pay the price before undertaking the procedure..."
Havart's treatment saved lives at the cost of others. One desperate woman unknowingly sacrificed her own son when he cured her terminal disease. As she grieved her loss, he was unmoved. "Only through the stealing of life is survival possible. Were you unaware of something so obvious?"

That's not healing, a healer has good intentions. that however is dark sorcery, the intention behind it is of low morality. your coloring and drawing is superb though.
