Description
"Without you, I'm just like a guitar with no string."Inspired by "Thanks for the Memories" by Fall Out Boy.
Special thanks to ~frozenleaf-junction who suggested me this awesome song.
I tried to draw steam-punk style since I could tell from my poll that there're quite many of you who liked it.
And..I used value before coloring everything.
Fortunately it worked!
Well..he's Centaro Frozenshawl, my favorite OC from 'Virtual World'.
Actually he's a 'cyber-punk' creature, LOL..
So in this pic he dyed his hair with darker color to reduce the 'cyber-tech' aura.
I enjoyed drawing this so much~~

Congratulations on the win.It is very deserving and the style is very true to the character but a nod to the challenge. The background is very reminiscent of tattoos illustration, and that "guitar" is clunky but playable!

I have to say that you really outdid yourself with this one. I really love the use of textures in this piece, and the background is just awesome. I adore the picture, and the steampunk ish vibes it has. The hair, the spine, the flowers, and the way the hands were drawn are all pretty awesome. Nit picks... if you really wanted to work on something, I'm not entirely sure the hand pose on the neck of the guitar is right, but as I said... That's just a nitpick cause this piece is dhkugwahdgsa AWESOME *_*
