hmmm, this is a very interesting design. Instead of bulk, you went with more of an...ornate design i guess. I think the slate design works for Bagan, even if it is weird. Personally id make the legs less flat

As much as I love unmade monster history, Bagan has always been a bit uninteresting to me. Even if he has a decent design, and I prefer the version from "Mothra vs Bagan" as a Chinese Dragon Eco-Terrorist. But even than, Bagan has his thunder taken away by Battra and its motives.
But your take on Bagan actually reinvigorates my interest in him quite a bit; Its the classic Bagan, but done with this fantastic metallic, geometrical body. Like stacked slabs of sharp stone sheets, given mobile life. It'd be difficult to do it as a functioning Kaiju suit, but it'd be great looking regardless.
Are you planning on coloring Bagan white and gray with hot pink eyes, not unlike his appearance in "Godzilla Studio Tours"?
I know most fans prefer the bronze / brown Bagan, but there are overused color choices among the Toho variety IMO.

My god there is a lot of detail in that. I will most certainly have to wait for the final render in order to give a really good critique on it. Right now, all I can really say is that you are certainly on a defined path. You know what you are going for. The head seems a bit too small to me, but that might all change when you really start to pile on all those skin textures and everything
