It's a manga series about this preteen named Nobita who lives in modern time and is visited by a futuristic earless robot cat named Doraemon. Doraemon is there to help Nobita since Nobita's descendants are poor and unhappy resulted from the protagonist's poor decisions. The series mainly is about their silly adventures together. Doraemon has a pocket that can fit anything in there and the items have special abilities like being able to travel in time or fast forward someone/something's age. The items usually are to help Nobita but usually are used for silly reasons like making a sweet pasture(it's kind've like a barn where you breed animals but instead of animals, you breed sweets) or trying to impress others. I hope that helps. ^_^
