Sorry for the lame BG, Just wanted to be sure I had it in in time, but also with enough effort on the character

Anyways, This is actually a tryout design in which I hopefully will get this character from Sparkledog, yes.

Bio: Blood Ice and DJ Icitonic

No one really knows where he's from, but he and Zahhn have been rivals ever since they met up in the dance club. They've competed many years, and Blood Ice usually proves himself the victor.Through their competition, Zahhn's sister, Mahria eventually falls in love with DJ Icitonic, aka Blood Ice and they become engaged. After the Izans were involved, Dj Isotonic Vanished and hasnt been seen again, until Mahria becomes involved with Suzuki and Mako. When Blood Ice appears again, and claims Mahria as his, but little does he know, Mahira had fell in love with another wolf. Blood Ice has also changed since he vanished over the year and has become extremely jealous. Blood Ice and Suzuki fight for Mahria, and in the end, Mahria realizes that there was not a way that their relationship could have ever worked between them.

In this story, Blood Ice is more of an antagonist.

Side note: When Blood was taken away by the Izans, they have experimented with him as well like many other wolves trying to find the missing "genetic link" that only wolves have. (This is important to my story because Suzuki, Zekou and Ichirou are the only known wolves that have this trait.)
In the end, the Izans found no use for another "failed attempt" and needlessly threw him away to be killed, but he slipped away. Now he's a glowing blue colored wolf that has the unique ability to summon electricity from ice he produces from his paws.

Another note about his ability:

The ice he summons is a slow but stealthy way to fight. He usually catches the enemy off guard and zaps them. The Ice also lengthens his electrical attack (longer and a bit more powerful than Zahhn's Electrical current) The Ice stores the electrical current which makes it more powerful upon impact. His drawback, however is that he cannot use the electrical current without using the ice.

Personality traits include:

Loves to party
Loves many girls and usually seen traveling with a group of wolves that follow him.
He's the type to become extremely jealous and possessive over anything that belongs to him. He's easy to anger and has a lot of pride. Whenever there is an argument, he always has to prove hes right, and lives for competition. He can be quite a sore loser. He loves to joke around and sometimes at the other's expensive. Kinda cynical in nature.
