I used photoshop CS5. All the lines are drawn by hand with a bamboo pen tablet.

Oh my, those are nice! I have Photoshop aswell, I just don't know how to get nice lines like that :/ I barely know how to use it.

First I draw out a rough sketch and keep going over it until I'm happy with the lines. Then I use the eraser to go around the edges and make them sharp and crisp.

It's merely a matter of personal style and preference. I've seen people draw amazing cartoons with just one stroke but I just prefer to sketch a bit more. You should really just see for yourself and don't forget to have fun!
