Do you have a pattern for the garb? And what are the materials? To me it looks like wool on top but I'm not sure. Also, are the two layers stitched together at the shoulder seam?

I really like the bow - kind of a Hungarian horseish type?
How much does it pull? I wish I could find one that pulls around 55lb/22 kg - I'm honestly too small for anything over 60lbs. Most of the ladies in my SCA group are bigger than me.
I usually shoot my (crappy) homade longbows, or a recurve my father gave me.

Thanks Mongolian or Hungarian. I can never remember which! It has to do with how far the Ears come forward.

Nonetheless it's a lovely bow. What's the draw weight? I know I keep asking questions but when it comes to archery I just love knowing the details.

hehe, all good! draw weight is 54# at 32" draw..

That's a good weight. I think the most I've pulled is 55lb but I'm most stable between 40 and 50lbs. Do you shoot for fun or have you ever competed?

I mainly shoot for fun, but I used to compete, although only really in sca related competitions. In a traditional archery club i used to belong to i competed, but not with this bow.
