Description
I found a nice photo of Kirk and Spock, and I don't know why but I just thought to draw a coloured "manga" version of our beloved characters. I never did anything with this kind of style.
I "pimped" a little the Original Series Starfleet uniforms trying to blend their look with the Next Generation (First Contact) design. I desaturated it when it was finished, coz it looked more right.
Then I added the warp-effect starfield in the background, a very gentle zoom blur and the new logo.
It took approximately 2 hours, using only Corel Painter X and my Wacom tablet. Hope you may find it... fascinating.
