Here is some criticism. Look at your whole gallery, from beginning to the end. 99% of it are faces. You clearly have the habit of drawing only things you are comfortable with. A little self-challenge. Having a zone of comfort and not going out of it. When you look at one - beautiful, when you look at all of them - relatively monotonic, repetitive, eventless.
And here is some advice. Draw things you are bad with, like scenery. Study things like proper anatomy. Study other artist styles, it actually helps a lot. Challenge yourself a lot with different styles and color schemes. Because right now you are stuck in one place.
And your scanner sucks. Maybe you should change it for more professional oriented ones, if you want.
