The blending at the bottom of the foxes feet is so subtle, especially with orange and black. What do you use? Colored pencils or water colors? :3

yeah, they're really easy and fun to use! I only have a limited number of colours unfortunately and always struggle to make a skin tone when I'm colouring humans. they're easier for me to use than proper watercolours which I've yet to figure out properly (I'm in admiration of everyone who can use them to create such stunning pieces!)

Same! I admire those people. I tried watercolors to do this ceramic piece I'm working on but it's so hard to get the colors just right.
