Captain's Front and back Hair

I felt like drawing a new ref for the Captain and I'm alone here. I gotta pay people to draw Captain .3.
This is a flat colored reference at 3/4 view.
OTHER NOTES!
seven spines in back, two curled in back, two on shoulders
tail is lightning shaped
socks of boots reach to the knee, similar to Rouge the Bat's Boots.
Other References can be found throughout the gallery, but this one is the most updated
IMPORTANT: Eyelids are similar to Wave/Rouge by default, but can be opened if desired.
