I feel like she's way too....basic(?)
She like Pokemon onsies, aesthetic things, and Hamilton which I feel like everyone these days has their character enjoy.
I get it but maybe say what her favorite Pokemon is, what her favorite style is (since the word aesthetic is heavily over-used) and why she likes Hamilton.
For her personality you put worries a lot but didn't explain what she worries a lot about and it may be just you wanting to keep the bio short but it doesn't give me much information on her at all, same with paranoid + anxious (which are two very different things) it doesn't tell people what she is paranoid about or what provides her anxiety.
And the only other problem I have about her is you saying she is a scardey cat. I'm wondering in what situations is she scared in? Since she's a helpful person she would want to help someone in danger right(?) but being scared would ruin that trait for her. But the idea of her wanting to help but being too scared would put up for some interesting situations it's just the two traits contradict each other heavily.
I don't consider this an issue (because this could ultimately just be you inserting yourself as a furry) but having one of her dislikes be herself seems...irritating as a viewer. Kind of...fake flawed? What I mean by that is it's a dislike associated with hating oneself just because it makes them seem like a cooler person and less like a flawed character.
I seriously do not mean to be as rude as I sound!

her likes are my likes, so
pokemon onsies: i've always adored pokemon and have a pikachu onesie myself. i myself love typhlosion and drowzee ♥
hamilton: i discovered it a year ago and just can't get enough of the stuff. even now it makes me teary
aesthetic things: it was originally just space aesthetic, but i chose to add aesthetics as a whole since i have so many i love now :'>
the worries a lot part is mainly worries about a lot of things as a whole
be it to go out somewhere or just about a certain situation
whatever the case may be i find myself worrying too much
the paranoid and anxious part was sort of just squished in there to keep things neater
i figured that the whole personality part shouldn't be just positive things, so why not add some negatives??
i mainly get paranoid about what other's think, along with getting anxious about that; and talking and going out
the scardey cat bit is probably better explained as jumpy i guess ?? but then again also in a 'i'd rather not do that because oml it's too scary' kinda way pfft

And your bio was super neat, which most people don't understand how to do haha, but I would recommend maybe even just linking to a document where you go further in detail.
