I couldn't find much about your pearl so I don't really know what's she afraid of so I just depicted what I think is the scariest boss, the silent type one, don't get me wrong, having a boss that's constantly yell at everything you do is scary but to me it's just annoying. To me the one you should look out the silent one, the one who manipulated you and make you feel worthless without their order and see you as a disposable asset that not even worth talking to, now that's is scary, I have a boss like that once and whenever she gave me the stare, I knew that I'm fucked.

So I design her base on that idea with the office/lab thingy look and the emotionless faces, as for Night Blue Pearl I tried to stick with the original as much as possible while following Sodalite's design, I was gonna leave her hair like the original one cause it look really cool but I ended up add the head band in as a reminder to keep her head down.
I tried to keep the design to the minimum for this one so it can fit in with the show and her current design, I learned from my previous gemsona that having complex design make it really hard to fit her to the show universe

Hope you like it, and if this one doesn't win, can I use her for my future uses? I'm cooking up something and I really could use a boss like character in it ^^
