Nice pic, but the panties go on over the garter belt, not the other way around. I realize that few women wear garter belts anymore, but you'd think they'd realize that.

I've always worn my garter my panties. They have a hook and eye closure like a bra, just unhook them and they basically fall off allowing you to easily pull your panties down. When your done just pull them back up and re-hook them.

I like the panties underneath. It looks better that way in my opinion. It sets more flush and looks better against the body that way.
