Heyo, your art is pretty good. I like this piece a lot, not only because Dustin is definetely one of my favorite characters
So what i'd like to point out, is the use of muddy colors. Usually when you think of shadows you think of just 'darker'. But actually shadows are also saturated and have color. the same with lightening. Your colors have to be more redish with some yellow in it. Because skin is like a yellow-ish color, and with a face that's alive it mixes with the red of blood.
I hope i'm not describing this too difficult or something.
Just, try to bring more red into it, so the shadows don't look like mud.
I like your painting job a lot, but try to look out for not making it too 'smudgy' and bring some hard edges in it.
