Orion's reference sheet is finally finished C:This has taken such a long time to make, much due to my inability to understand photoshop : P
anyway, I tried to fit in as much information about him as possible on this one, at least what felt relevant to present on a ref sheet. You see, he is a character that is prominent in my story, and it largely revolves around him even though he's not the main character. He has much, oh so much more about him that isn't explained here, but that will come later on ^^
And yes, the story will be told in comic form because, as you can see, the explanation of his origin here is quite cheesy and it would be much easier to tell it in pictures than words. I can't really express myself well in just words. Now put the word "pistachio" in your comment if you've read this far :>

Woow... Well, this is just amazing 
Other than that, the background is a nice example of an easy background made awesome. The circles and runes makes for a really neat setting, with a simple contrastewd gradient that matches his colours.
I really love his design, as the feathers and markings fit him perfectly, and the colours seem to match each other really well, despite being contrasts. Also, the little headshot of the darkened version of him looks really amazing 
So yeah, you are a really amazing artist!
And not to sounds rude or anything, but why are you watching me?

He's gorgeous! I really want to draw him someday :C I love how his design feels so fresh and simplistic (in good ways of course!), like his colors flow nicely and his markings aren't gaudy like some others i've seen out there (including my own)
all in all he's lovely and I adore his design!

ooh your characters don't have gaudy markings at all 8D Syrpolis BD design for example has turquoise markings, but they fit so well with the overall color scheme and are so few that they don't unbalance it <3

Orion is LOVELY! I had a really great time reading his backstory, and his body layout matches so well with it! I loved the bit about his bright blue spots being suns! And he's a handsome fellah! I love his huge feathery neck an crest! Really awesome ref! I really enjoyed reading it!
