don't sweat it!
kidcore doesn't stay strictly to characters, it's an aesthetic based around bright colors, kid's things (like stickers, toys, clothes, shows, movies, stuffed animals, etc), often times 90's things, and is commonly meant to be nostalgic for the viewer.
...sometimes it does just mean bright colors in making this i was thinking of a stuffed animal i had a kid, but as something cow-like.
granted, the whole aesthetic is very centered around american things

i do like bright colors [not usually in my art but still] 
also it being centered around american things is great because that's what i know best   i'm a dumb dumb child [i'm not that dumb though..........i think XD]
