If I were looking down, that view would be perfect in perspective. I do like the warping at the edges to make it look like it magnified. :3

The effect is more or less interesting IMO. I get bored of looking at characters straight on. It makes them seem one-dimensional XD

I think you did this view great. If it looks like the feet aren't there then just make the feet slightly bigger until they are noticed in the overall balance.
