phần vẽ giống paint hay phốthop , có công cụ khá đầy đủ và nhẹ . khoảng 4mb thì phải , search trên google là thấy liền ^^

Looks pretty cool. But we all know that the main key to a dramatic scene like this is not always the colouring, but having great general drawing skills for the basic sketch as you have got here, which usually takes longer to learn than how to colour
It almost looks like you kept the line-art visible in the final picture, that has a cool effect too and I might try leaving it too someday, depending on what it is and the mood of the picture
