I accept payment before I get to work on a piece, refunds will not be given once the piece has been started, and please don't forget I reseve the right to refuse a commission if it's something I feel uncomfortable drawing!
I will also send you sketches/process throughout to make sure that everything's in order before I finish it upon your request!
