IT IS DONE!!!!! We've been wanting to make this collar for over a month and here it is!I love how it turned out, but honestly it was an accident on my part. Because the smooth brushes in photoshop started to get on my nerves I decided to go with a textured one and somehow now everything looks 3D... I'm not going to complain
Also my gardevoir vas suppose to be shiny but it didn't look good so I made it normal ;u;
