Dottwing — took too long

Description most of you will surely recognize this as The Last Unicorn form the same named film and book written by Peter S. Beagle. I truly love the film, it is most probably my all-time favorite. Love the story, love characters and love the art style. Plus the music/soundtrack is amazing, the opening song always gets me (is it weird that I love hearing the song from the radio/tv more than when I play it on my computer? )

the picture isn't much and it doesn't give the best credit to the film but I had to finally draw it and since I'm no good (I suck at it actually) at drawing animals (not even mythological) it came out like this.

So hope you like it

PS: I kinda feel like this gave me back a little of my drawing/painting confidence

you're most welcome! It's next to impossible to capture the original films grace and beauty, I've tried several times and failed. But I can see it in this piece!
