I MADE YOU- YES I MADE YOU
MISTER P0TAT0HEAD- I MADE YOU
*dies of exhaustion*
(God's this has been one epic few weeks of me trying to complete this)

Anywho, this is the "Butcher" or sometimes the stitchpunks call it "SilverSides". Isn't it just cuddley?
Head: Constructed of a metal piping frame, leather "skin" on it's face. The jaws are made with scrap metal from those metal rods that hold up closet shelves (the ones that can be adjusted and have holes) and with a rusted dust pan broom. The "teeth" are made from rusted, jagged nails and screws, perfect for tearing and shredding.
On the top jaw has large razor blades as "inscissors". Both "canines" are constructed from fillet knives.
TOP jaw- the head has a pointed "beak" which is one of those large, syringe, turkey basters, but the needle's been sharpened. The rest of the top part of the head has rusty shaver heads that line up cutting whoever tries to pry open it's jaws. It's entire face and top portion of the head is just a shouvel head (no pun intended).
BOTTOM jaw is basically the same, but the syringe needle's bent and the bottom of the "mouth " is just a thin layer of leather that keeps small prey from escaping .
The tongue's an extention cord, which tip can burn be used to burn prey while being attacked. And the jaws are held together on the sides from black rubber belt bands (the ones found in cars).
Top portion of the maine and some of the cheeks are crafted from old hair-extensions. The large horns are made from copper pipes used in plumbing, the smaller ones are actually hunting knive blades. Between the horns the maine is crafted from a feather duster and after, the rest is made from an old mop head. The tube on the side of the head to the neck is an old dishwasher hose.
Neck- mid body: Upper part of the neck is a clock, it reflects light. The neck and entire body's crafted from either inside-out carpet (the rough underside or carpeting) or burlap fabric.
There is only one eye, which is on the chest. First set of stitches are horizontally placed and loosened in case of the beast being decapitated, the body can flp over and the giant gaping hole where the head once was is a hole full of razor sharp blades (made from scizzors) and electricity.

Arms: The arms are constructed simalar to that of a praying mantis. Right arm's shoulder has thin scrap metal to shield any damage to the exposed wires beneath. There are more diswasher tubes that connect the arms to the body to provide flexability, and a rubber sheet behind them.
The right forearm's constructed from scrap metal and the serrated blade of an old saw (the old ones that have the handle and that you manually use). It's kept from snapping out of place by small chains and barbed wire.
The left forearm's constructed from a sickle blade (those ones that are used for cultivating and that are sold in hardware stores). And the top's constructed from an icepick, held to the main arm from piano wire and a bicycle chain.
The legs are made from plumbing pipes and scrap metal, the tips of the feet are constructed from the blades on the inside of an old blender.

Wings Really comlicated part, the right wing is made from metal of old closet shelves (the part that's used to support the actual shelf against the wall). The wing is designed to cut, stab, slice and butcher any victim, it's made from window screen, and fishnet, while the LEFT wing is constructed of piping and TIGHT barbed wire to capture any enemies, it can wrap around it's victims like a giant hand. In between the wings is the spool which contains piano wire (which does sort of a puppeting movement). Destroying the spool could cripple the beast of it's legs and wings, but it's a dangerous task.

Body-Tail: The begining of the tail is platted from stainless steel, the entire tail is prehencile- meaning it's flexible like an arm. The tail tip is a metal poker, used for impaling it's victims while shredding them up with it's front arms, wings or teeth.

Size: it's body is about the size of a large dog, and it's tail is about the same size of the body.

Strengths: It's very agile, and fast. It can climb almost any surface, it has the movement and reflexes of a hornet, enabling it to cut, slice and impale at lightning speed. It enjoys playing around with it's victims first.

weaknesses: It can clamp it's jaws with 1000 pounds of pressure per square inch, however it's very weak when it comes to opening them (like an alligator).
Also, it's more light than heavy. It's biggest weakness is water.

eh heheh, o_o; Hard work x_x The pencil sketch itself took many days, then the digital drawing itself took hours and hours and days x____x'
I put tons and tons of effort into this and it took many cups of strong tea to get me to focus x___x

I'm so excited but at the same time terrorfied that I'm in this contest- REMEMBER FOLKS I HAVE HAD NO FORMER TRAINING OR LESSONZ, am self taught bruh.
I made sure I followed every rule properly for instance
the mechanical BEAST must be made from HOUSEHOLD items, man. Or stuff that you'd find in an apocolyptic nightmare
I also tried to capture the style of the movie, but it was difficult because I still haven't had a chance to even see it due to the fact that none of the theateres around here are even playing 9 But I did see the short film. Cool story br0.
A lot of music inspired this, I'll tell later, too much titles to post right now.

Can't wait to see this movie though, if I get money -_- I'm so buying this when it comes on DVD

Drawn in Open canvas 1.1 (free edition) and edited in Microsoft Paint because- IM TOO CHEAP TO AFFORD ANYTHING ;-; I wish I had better art supplies -sigh-

artwork is drawn and create by me
9 is of course property of it's creaters.
Go see 9 bishies.

I-I CAN HAS AUTOGRAPH?

First thing that came to mind when looking at this = fucking wow.
After reading your description about all the seperate items involved in creating it I probably stared at it for about 10 minutes, appreciating every little detail you've put in. And I just love your crosshatching and colouring. <3

I wish you all the best in the contest, this piece deserves a top twenty-five at least
