You do not miss a beat, my friend. This is splendid. That value contrast in the back really pulls you towards the central figure, and sets up a nice storytelling composition. I'm really into the askew perspective. Your horizon line is nicely slanted, and gives off that extra layer of rhythm. Speaking of, I'm in love with that dynamic pose! Your figure's line of action, and overall flow is fire, and combined with his expression really sets a dangerous, harrowing mood. I really like the symbolism in this. The abundant greens in this piece gives off a tone of occultism, and makes it feel like your figure is doing battle in an underworld setting. Of course, you have such a gift with leading the eyes. There's so much circular movement going on, and the sword provides an interesting focal point with it's high contrast, it helps lead the eyes around, and through the figure! I can't find much wrong to be honest. You've done very well here. Terrific execution. Great job. Keep it up!

I never liked the design of the rogue artifact weapons. They all looked weird. But this makes it look 10x better! Might go pick up a rogue now

Every other comment is saying dynamic so I'm gonna say it too. This piece is damn dynamic. It's explosive. And the hues of green used in this are absolutely stunning. Totally suits the personality of a rogue character.
