Nope. It was Rionic. The sentence went "A role he plays with his rionic flair." Linkara said the sentence as I wrote it out. I think that it's a mistake because, well, look at all the other errors in this horrible comic. And Hisronic isn't a word. Unless they really misspelled Histrionic which can also describe Vanilla Ice adolescence. [link]
In short. "Histrionic" and "His Ironic" kinda both work in the usage. After googling I think they meant Histrionic and misspelled it.
Also, don't use "-" while lettering a comic, kids. Or else you would have problems like this. More proof that Rock N' Roll #31 is a bad comic!

Yeah, XD I was already drawing while watching the episode so I just switched projects that quickly as a break.
I took a break from drawing comics to draw a comic. Man, I am obsessed with this medium.
