It's just simple photoshop color correction, curves, levels, nothing else)

And that PS-touch has added bits of artistic value to the render. While some lighting feels and is artificial looking, thenΒ added colour-sceheme makes it feel intentional and adds unique atmosphere to simple looking image. Playing more with this setting you could easily make apocalyptic version of same scene.
Long story short - nicely chosen colours that speak and improve the setting !
