my only real critique would be that there are strange white bubbles around some of the lightening, i think if you could remove them it might improve the lightening a bit... as well, the effects on the magic could use a little softening, they are very pixeled and could benefit from maybe a little blur to soften them out.
otherwise i think it's a great image

I really like your lighting, its just right, the little bit of shadow on her left arm from her hair for example ... very nice
Great magical effects too, all in all its a very striking image, in a struck by lighting kinda way
