Knowing Desmond, his luck is bad enough that he would somehow end up at Aperture to test his assassin skills. Knowing GLaDOS, Desmond's intelligence, that he lacks the little ankle thingys, he would probably die there.

I didn't see the trailer, I got the game for Christmas, and I finished it and yeah, when I got to that part I was like "Holy shit, Assassin's Creed just turned into Portal."
