I always loved Batou and Motoko's relationship. As in, if it were a different time and they weren't doing what they were doing they probably would have ended up together in some sense of the word, but since that's not the case, they end up being close friends/team mates. At least that's how I saw it.

always felt kinda bad for batou. him and Makoto's work is so cold and violent that they'd never really get an opportunity to confide in eachother like this. then there's the element that they're both machines, so would they even be capable of compassionately relating to eachother, etc etc cyberpunk thematic dilemmas

I don't want to sound like an asshole, buuut...
...maybe it's because of the perspective and my eyes trick me, but her shoulders seem to be much wider than her hips. Did drawing all those Assassin's Creed guys hurt your female anatomy? Sorry, sounds rude, but I just keep seeing it. Not that it ruins the pic, it's just what I noticed.
