Malik is one of the best female characters I've seen in a game. She has her strengths, her moments of weakness and is prepared to die for you. Needless to say, I bust my ass every time to save her life! We got more reasons to like and feel emphasis for Malik rather than Megan.

Fortunately I only needed to do so once.

It's a biiitch to try and save her on a non-lethal run on hardest difficulty. Still worth the trouble for Malik every time, though.

I kept failing because I had no good weapons, because I played the whole game as stealth... well until.. they killed her... I killed everyone >:C

An EMP grenade and a sniper rifle does the trick.
First, focus on the heavies. Then take out the robot with the grenade. After that it's not that difficult, just people SMGs or assault rifles and snipers.
I always kept a sniper and an EMP grenade in my pocket just in case.
