I watched some of Inspector Gadget episodes first time in a very long time and remembered how awfully stupid Gadget is and the poor doggie always do the hardest work..

Of course the poor chap is stupid. he's got a helicopter engine and a propeller installed in his cranium. There's not a lot of space left for a brain there.
Frankly, I think Penny is some sort of bio-engineered auxiliary self propelled brain unit/minder that is literally the brain of the whole operation...

This is the re-made bad ass Gadget version<3 I used to think he was hawt when I was a kid, but now from this picture I can still find him hawt as an adult

See, I like the idea of making Gadget seem cooler than he really was, but truth be told, I don't think Gadget would ever use a gun to fight crime.
Reason being, is because with all the awesome gadgets and gizmos he can cook up in, like, two seconds, him using a gun is like Batman using a gun; he doesn't need it, because he has so many other cool and original weapons to choose from! And this is coming from a longtime fan, too.
I don't mean to be picky, or disrespectful, I just wanted to make a point.
