I hope this makes sense for those who played Bh.. XD if not, sorry.Those minstrels have gotten less annoying then the previous game though.
Recently I'm asked of how I draw the lines so finely. The key is to draw on a huge canvas and make it small after you are finished with the drawing c:

If only ubisoft gave us the possibility to pick up the lute (gitar) of those guys and start hitting them with it. :S (becaus you can kick the guards butt with a simple broomstick, wich looks pretty funny.

The only reason the minstrels are less annoying is that they brought back the beggars. Now you just get double teamed when you pass by. DX Perhaps it's just me but I swear they're all over and they travel in packs.

Just today I was being followed by one when I was looking for Leo. I killed him, the guards became alert, and I just sat down and did my purchasing. I found it rather amusing.
