uuh I reread the Wikipedia article on it and it only says this form of amnesia is "common" so I guess there are exceptions (even though I know you can't always trust Wikipedia <.<) Here's the link to that article I'd look deeper into the topic, but I'm kind of exhausted right now ^_^; [link]

I doubt that I'd be an "exception", since I don't remember what I had for breakfast on April 9th, 1994, but I remember some things- really just big things, I suppose. If you have something big happen in your life, I think you're bound to remember it, kid or adult.

well, we -are- entitled the "Apathy Generation" for a reason. But no, honestly, once I get forced out of my home by work/school I tend to get less depressed, so no need to worry since my holidays are over tomorrow

well it isn't that bad for me, I have spent almost half a year only coming to school occasionally, taking therapies (they didn't change anything, meh ), so now all my teachers are like "You should quit and find a job already, you won't make it anyways" (except one, who is kinda pushy in trying to help me), which is actually kinda inciting me to just manage to get through the next year, get my graduation and spit in all of their faces

Ha. I'd be that pushy one. *shrugs* The teachers mostly leave me alone now. I do what I want. I had a job, but I quit it so I could get school work done. It wasn't exactly glamorous work, anyways.

I have angst for drunk people because an alcoholic, old man came into our tent when me and some friends were camping on a football field many years ago. Ever since, I start trembling all over, want to cry, and are straight through scared when I'm around drunk people. The only person I can stand when drunk, is my sister. Not even my brothers.

Wow, that sounds terrifying! I've never had any experiences with drunk people that were too horrible, but I did have a cousin, an uncle, and a few grandparents and great uncles who died from alcohol poisoning. Alcoholism apparently runs in the family.
