Description
A page I did up to test a few different things from the next comic after GatF finishes. And also to help write me a first person prose. Because apparently thats very different to a monologue O_OCurrent comic - Galdranorn Page 1
Or it can be viewed here - galdranornandthefury.tumblr.co…

Selbjorn = Pale / Unseelie = Dark? >.> and what's the difference between Selbjorn (given it is the pale one here) and Galdranorn? @.@ I am so confused but I love what you do :'D

Do you mean Ceres, and not Galdranorn? Galdranorn is a green coloured Nivean Galdranorn which means 'witch doctor' and he is called Galdranorn as opposed to any other name because as it is explained within the comic itself, the Galdranorn are so despised that when they are born they are not given names, but are simply referred to by what they are.
Selbjorn on the other hand is Ceres' (From Galdranorn and the Fury) king and creator. He appears in the second last page of Galdranorn and the Fury and as is also explained in the comic Galdranorn and the Fury, all of the Furies were 'created in Selbjorns image', from snow. So they are basically made from snow and anger, and that is why naturally all of the furies look very similar, right down to the fact that they also somewhat share a hive mind (something referenced in Gatf and also explained more deeply in a lot of the further reading materials)
So if it's any similarity between Selbjorn and Ceres youre questioning, that would be the answer as to why theyre similar although Galdranorn is a green Nivean and the Unseelie King is a pewter coloured fairy. I selectively colour the comics though
In short: It follows a story of the king that created Ceres, and a fairy (Unseelie Sidhe) king, Queen and Prince.
I hope that helped it make a little more sense <3 <3

Should've seen me pulling my hair out but I feel so blessed you took the time to help me out like this!
I have been confused in your stories because it appears to me that the language and story itself just goes that much deeper in meaning and in English itself that I've had a hard time following but it's still all so great and I keep following on Patreon and guess I'll just reread the whole thing to hopefully wrap my French mind around it for good this time
I love youuu keep being awesome!!!

awww <3 we have so many readers who arent native english speakers, and it can make it really hard because there are sometimes jokes in the comics that can be a play on english words. There are often a lot of puns, and innuendo, and even though the story can still be understood without those things, it can make them a lot less funny. Our humour is quite dark, satirical and self depreciating a lot of the time. Because of that, it makes it hard for the comics to be translated into other languages
But! Now that all of the finished pages are being uploaded (with text) to the Patreon for Patrons to see as they are finished, then if there is ever anything at all that you (or anyone!) is struggling to understand then just say so! English is a difficult language, even for native english speakers Insipid and I discussed fixing this issue by posting a short explanation for people along with pages because it was an issue we were aware of and we really wanted everyone to be able to enjoy them, but without anyone to guide us its hard for us to know which things may be difficult and which things may not be. So dont ever feel worried or afraid about speaking up and saying "can you please explain this more simply?" Because we are more than happy to, always! And not only does it help us begin to understand which kinds of things can be confusing, but it also helps other people who read the comics who are in the same situation <3 <3
We do want everyone to be able to enjoy them, and we are 100% aware of how incredibly difficult english is. So we dont think anyone is silly for not understanding, our only goal is to be helpful in any way we can be :3

Aw, I'm anticipating that comic with giddyness ^^
The Frozen King just seems like a very interesting character and I'm curious
about his story. And who would be that other King?

oooh Im looking forward to it too! (as odd as that might sound) I mean, I am really looking forward to a lot of the art for it :3 The other king is the Unseelie King! anyone who has read gatf knows a little about the frozen king, but Two Kings is actually told from the perspective of the Unseelie King.
