My Halloween costume for 2018, a ghostly/demonic themed variant of my 00 Model 1 helmet. Same overall construction as the first version, except with skull inserts sculpted in Apoxie Sculpt over sintra plates added in behind cutouts in the helmet casting. The eye fixture from the first helmet was transplated into this one and recoded with a different color (the eye fixture is intentionally removable for this exact purpose).The rest of the costume features a simple hoodie, but with faux leather appliques on the front (teeth design from helmet) and back (a "00" type of emblem I designed for these characters). I also finally got around to finishing the custom hand plates I intended to wear at DragonCon with Model 1, but didn't finish in time. The character is simple overall, but that simplicity serves to highlight the helmet design.
