Yahaha! You found me!

This is an approximately 1/3 scale character maquette of one of the 900 Koroks found throughout Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It started off as a rudimentary 3D print for quick prototyping, but was skinned and sculpted in Apoxie Sculpt. Silicone molds were made and all the pieces were cast in resin. The body and the tree stump base both have foam blocks cast into them to reduce weight and resin usage. The Korok is held to the base with brass pins in the feet, but they aren't glued in allowing for removal. The face detailing is done with a custom-designed vinyl decal, and for kit purposes, I made three color options.
