Description
A commission piece, the True Master Sword is from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword or the Wii. This is also my favorite version of the Master Sword, so a lot of effort was put into making this as accurate as possible to the available reference material. This particular painted version represents the in-game version. Some features, such as the textured grip weave, were even derived from the book Hyrule Historia, in which Skyward Sword's concept artist notes that the green wrap is a grass-like material. The final product shown here is made out of Smooth Cast 305 resin, with a steel rod running down the length of it for strength.
