Description
Moon Fish 24"x24" contemporary / Semi abstract oil painting. Decided to do a few abstract oil paintings. When I do abstracts I find it difficult at first to just let my mind go. A true abstract has no real form, but usually maintains a structure or pattern in my opinion. It is a very difficult thing to clear your mind and paint nothing with purpose and limited form. Just let whatever is going to be happen and materialize.
( I consider this a semi abstract). I really didn't have anything specific in mind when I started, but the end result was a strange fish like creature under a night sky.
