this reference is about a year old from last year, here's the only other picture I've posted of him:

He was drinking a liquid version of a halloween candle I love called wizards magic, which inspired the whole cough syrup thing? the research I did was interesting so I stuck with it
October is a bad rolemodel do not follow his ways, I don't condone it, he doesn't have a real body so it doesn't cause bodily harm to him like it would to you if you were drinking it in massive amounts every week or day, bc it would cause you major brain damage to abuse it like that (:

October lives in a different dimension, but still in our reality, due to the fact that he is saturated with delsym cough syrup.
It's a dimension that is pretty much only him and other creatures that randomly appear in the void.
October's body has no real physical limitations, and he can take on millions of abstract forms of himself.
He drools purple and his blood is literally orange delsym cough syrup, and music comes from him on every side. The music is beautiful and rapturous and would make you cry if you heard it.
His size can change from massive to miniscule. He can be taller than the highest mountain or smaller than an atom. He will make you feel special when he looks at you.

You can draw him unrelated to delsym if that makes you feel uncomfortable bc drugs make me uncomfortable too most of the time in characters, I just really like his design and I thought it was interesting.
