Thanks to MasterMRL and Yretenai, I got a hold of a modified UModel that can extract Smite and Paladins models with their proper textures.drive.google.com/drive/folders…
There are a few instructions on the READ Me file if you're unsure of how to use UModel, but if you've used it in the past, it works just the same.
You will still need an addon to import the models onto Blender
