I've been insulted and threatened multiple times by bronies, merely for saying I don't like the show, or that I don't like things within the fandom (e.g. ponification) because it annoys me. I had to put this up, because the pure arrogance of some of these 'bronies' is starting to piss me off.

For a fandom that is supposed to pledge to 'love and tolerate' over people, the lesser intelligent members of the brony fandom are rather hypocritical. I've met so many fucking idiots who call themselves bronies but don't dedicate themselves to following the most well-known and important rule of the fandom. It might as well be their motto, for God's sake, and some of them STILL don't stick to it?

If you say you're part of a fandom that is supposed to respect others, but lose your shit when someone criticises a bunch of cartoon ponies, then you're not a brony. You're just an arrogant, sensitive twat who likes ponies who you defend as if they're your family members.

I mean, it's absolutely fucking pathetic. Out of all the things to get mad about, you choose to send hate to those for disliking a show... featuring cartoon ponies...? I can kind of understand where you're coming from if the other person says that all bronies should die or get cancer, but are you serious...?

I like some pretty weird shit. First of all, I'm a voraphile, so that automatically makes me weird, but I don't get fucking triggered if someone says vore is weird or strange, because that's just what they think. If they say I should die, then yes, I might get a little bit ticked off by their arrogance, you get me? I also like electronic music, and listen to a lot of UKF's, Trap Nation's, Monstercat's, etc. releases, but again, I don't get triggered if someone says they don't like it, because it's completely understandable why someone would, and people have different tastes.

What does this have to do with rabid bronies, you say? Well, what I'm trying to say is that people have tastes, and that this whole 'hating-on-other-people-for-not-liking-something' topic can be applied to almost anything. Plus, you can't force people not to dislike something if it doesn't appeal to them. That person also has the right to say so, as long as they're not a dick about it. The entire 'rabid bronies' topic can actually be reversed. If you're a rabid 'anti-brony', then you're pretty much on the same level. I don't like most of what the My Little Pony fandom produces. I find things like ponification, how ponies are everywhere and the way bronies substitute words for 'pony' versions really fucking cringeworthy; and seeing a drawing of Doctor Whooves or someone saying 'brohoof' to another person makes me die inside a little and my brain blast 'Bring me to Life' by Evanescence inside my skull, but I don't turn myself into an online Adolf Hitler and try to change or stop that, because people are allowed to do that, whether you like it or not. You want to make a fucking super-dank, MLG, Intervention-wielding, quickscoping, Dorito-munching, Mountain-Dew-guzzling pony OC with a penis cutie mark who can shoot lasers from his eyes and turn into King Ghidorah from the Godzilla movies? Go for it, mate. It might make me and other people cringe, but it's your life. Do whatever the fuck you want with it (unless it's clopping, because that's fucking gross and slightly paedophile-ish, and I know most of you bronies will agree with me). If it makes you happy, all the power to you.

So, if you're a rabid brony who hates on people for criticising My Little Pony, you're not a brony, because you're breaking one of the most important and highly valued rules of your fandom. I also think you should search up something called 'freedom of speech'.

And if you're a sensible brony who tries their best to stick to loving and tolerating others, then I salute you.
