Activity: Sidequest: Out pops an *almost horse* …what’s the reason they seem off though, oh DUH! It’s a Donkey filly! Who’s panicking, and you notice her back leg is still in the bush. “I’m stuck, why did mom laugh and leave!?” she starts in a panic.

C-Tell her to get her leg out of the bush!

Minos couldn’t believe what he was seeing! The poor little filly was trapped and her mother had laughed at her and abandoned her!? It made him mad just thinking of it. The poor little fluffy thing looked so helpless. The donkey filly kept trying to pull her leg free but she wasn’t getting anywhere. Minos knew he had to help the little thing.
“Calm down okay! You’re only going to get hurt, I’ll help you get out okay?” he told the filly, trying to calm her down.
“What about my mom?” she cried. “I want my mom!”
“I can help you look for her but we need to get you out of that bush first,” Minos said calmly. He walked over and gave the foal a gentle nuzzle. Then he reached his nose down to examine her caught leg. The dried tangled branches of the bush had trapped the filly’s tiny leg and she wasn’t strong enough to break free.
“How’d you even manage to get in here,” Minos mumbled as he pushed aside the branches, wincing as a few scratched his nose.
“I was running around playing and I tripped and fell in,” the filly said sadly. “I’m not a very good filly I think, I’m too clumsy,” she said quietly, her head dropping, “my mom said I’m too much, she says I give her a headache,”
Minos wasn’t sure how to comfort her, but his heart was hurting for the poor thing. “I’m sure you’re a great filly! Everyone has accidents, I got stuck in a vine last fall,” Minos told her, he went on to tell her the silly story of when he got trapped in vines and Danae had to save him. The filly laughed.
“That’s so silly!” she giggled, “So you’re clumsy like me!” she seemed very happy to find someone as getting-stuck prone as she was.
Minos laughed with her as he pulled aside a final branch. The filly felt her hoof fall loose and she jumped away from the bush, free at last.
