The inevitable wedding of Cloud and Tifa and everyone's there!I'm reposting this one with some changes, mainly the addition of colored linework - it always seems to give the drawing more roundness.

I have to say I really like this picture. This is indeed what those two would do... or at least I hope that's what they'd do. I particuarly liked Nanaki the priest, Cait Sith the best man and Vincent the Bridesmaid.

That's not a nightmare. It's a sweet dream. Remember the plot of FF7? Cloud starts out as a grumpy, angsty guy, then Aerith helps him to dress up as a girl and, by the end of the game, Cloud is considerate and happy.
And Vincent is a shapeshifter so he's capable of filling in on either side of the wedding party.
And sure Cid is happy and proud - two of his friends are celebrating their love and getting married.

....now that I think about it, it does make sense... maybe Vincent will become a cheerful, happy, glass-is-half-full kind of guy after their marriage?
We may never know. But it's a possibility.
As for Cid, I don't know... I'd expect him to be pretty pissed over the lack of tea at hand. You know poor guy can't live without his goddamn tea.

:-D I don't know why, but your Ms. Cloud pictures always seem to bring a smile to my face... and I can't explain why. This picture has a very solemn feel to it, it's very nice. Just curious... is that supposed to be Vincent on the uhm... bride's side? I was just wondering that... also, it looks as Cid is almost like the father giving away Cloud. All in all, this (like many of your pictures) makes me smile, and it was something I really needed right now. Thanks!

Yes, that's Vincent. Since he's a shapeshifter and we needed more than one bridesmaid...
I don't know if Cid or Barret is best man. Between the two of them, Barret is the eldest so he'd be the more logical choice for father of the bride but, really, none of them have a paternal relationship with Cloud so maybe they're just both best men.
