Read a book long ago called 'Making of a Surgeon'. What you've drawn here is very true in the sense that any long-term E.R. personnel would have 'seen it all' and have many, many weird war stores to tell, particularly about the endless variety of items that have to be extricated from people's backsides (hence, I suppose, the smile on that nurse's face).

I mean the trouble a nagging and complaining hubby produces. That roleplay game was his birthday present to her and he got more than he bargained for. Ok, his wife tricked him choosing this latexdoll outfit to feminize him and using industrial strength glue instead of lube but now it´s too late. Of course in the beginning she pretends to try to get him out of that predicament but on the day he realizes that he´s stuck forever it´s better she´d already cared for his mouth to keep him quiet.
Another idea is to glue a speaker into his mouth to let him speak in a modulated and transformed doll voice.

If we follow the idea of a speaker glued into his mouth I recommend inflated lips to hide the speaker. "His" doll voice should be high-pitched and squeaky with themes like "Hello, my name is Dolly. I love you!"

I´m sure his former wife and now new mistress had enough of him one day and uses the great demand in submissive slaves to sell him at a good price on an auction.
Some time later with his suit hidden beneath a huge and long wedding gown and his head veiled he walks down the aisle. The speaker in his mouth is turned off to keep him mute until the moment when the programmed words have to come from his mouth "I do".
His new owner will find ways to present his slave as needed. In big cities after sunset the look of a sexy latexdoll on high heels even in public was absolutely normal and accepted letting the people suppose that girl was on her way to a fetish party. in my opinion to change the voice box or brainwash the new slave is not what the new owner of that latex doll really wants. He likes her to speak with a voice which is not hers and with words she didn´t want to say and he likes his doll with the brain of a macho male deep inside, always trying to escape the situation but helpless to do so, for example I tell you what happened on their honeymoon in Rome:
The former macho hubby now submissive slave wife wearing his nun outfit in public made the best of it when his new owner entered a shop to buy drink and ordered his doll to wait for him outside. As fast as possible wearing such extreme heels the doll ran away and finally managed to hide among a group of real nuns, of course with lots of hope to get away with this and reach an escape.
Bad luck for the doll she wasn´t informed a GPS chip was part of her outfit and so it´s easy for her owner to find her. Seconds later trespassers could watch a scene were a nun squirmed and had heavy spasms and although she stayed mute all the time finally she lost consciousness and fell to the ground. Unnoticed the chastity belt the nun always wears when in public was equipped with a huge butt plug which could send painful electric shocks whenever the owner of this disobedient slave wants.
The scene ended when the nun regained consciousness and this friendly monk coming along led her to a black van to accompany her to the place where she belongs to.
