You know the only reason I ever watched that show was for Zuko. All other characters PISSED ME FUCKING OFF. I hate Aang and I hate Katara and I hate her brother, and I hate all of them, aside from Kick ass Zuko XD, and Ewwwww Sasuke

My friends is that way, too. She refuses to ship Sheshomaru/Rin or InuKags just cuz she's got a million and one fanfics about her OC Silver (who she says is her in the Inu world) causing a huge war between InuYasha and Sheshomaru because they both are madly in love with her. It's like, JESUS! You do know that THEY DON'T EXIST, RIGHT? The girl with fall for any boy that rates above 1/10 on the Hotness Meter! >< It gets annoying.

I haven't read any Zutara fic, mainly because I don't want to. I can stand that ship as what it really is: a CRACKPAIRING xD I hate the fact that people try to make it canon. But meh, let them believe what they want, let the fanon be (I actually cracked up when someone called Kataangers delusional
As for Aang being damaged emotionally: yes, in fact It wouldn't make sense at all if after ALL they've been through together, Katara suddenly started feeling something for Zuko ._. and maybe if she does (LOL THAT'S UNLIKELY XD Though, putting emphasis to Katara's rejection for Zuko might mean that they'll get to know each other better.) Zuko wouldn't feel the same way. EVER. He loves his Mai a lot xDD WE KNOW THAT. Jeez, even Haru with his sexyfine moustache has more opportunity! XD

XD I KNO RITE? I've been told how badly written most of Zutara Fanfics are ): it's like converting the characters into this shallow monsters that don't have any goal in their lives but being sexually abused, like, THEY MUST SEX EACH OTHER AND HAVE 34136473161103 BABIES JUST BECUZ OMG TRU LURVE WORKS THAT WAY. LOL
I agree, AU Zutara would make sense and would be written properly depending on the creator of the story xD. Sometimes (Barely) the whole Bad Boy/Good Girl thing works, depending on the storyline, and other times, as in Avatarverse, it just doesn't, IMO. I'm really glad it is not happening in this show and it certainly won't happen. Thank you Mike & Bryan

I hate pairings like that, where the character (usually the male) confesses his NEWFOUND, SECRET, UNDERGROUND LAV for the female character, that wasn't there until most recently.
If it's not canon, and if the characters aren't compatible with each other, then why the hell do you ship it?
Like in Naruto, I ship a lot of crack pairings. However, I believe that for instance...Zetsu of Akatsuki and Yamanaka Ino look so cute together.
I don't think that Zuko and Katara look the slightest bit cute together -gags-
I would honestly only read an AU Zutara if Mai didn't exist. To be honest, I hate most bad boy/good girl and main guy/main girl (Exceptions for NaruSaku) pairings anyway.
