Perspective is very nice, and she's got a very pretty face. I love the colors on the girl, especially that shade of red for her hair. Though, the warm colors of the girl don't go too well with that writing behind her, almost looking like dim neon.
I feel like the fishnets aren't tight while looking at this, as if a thin layer of foam. The "ripped" parts just don't quite seem to look ripped to me. It might be from the extra shading around those ripped areas.
Overall, very good picture, but you might wanna watch how and where you shade things.
